Booking and health information

Appointments are booked through Jane, our clinic management system. Health history and intake forms you complete there are held by Jane under its own privacy practices and are only used to provide your care. This website does not collect health information.

Our chat assistant

The chat assistant answers general questions about our services. Messages are processed by our AI provider only to write a reply; we don't keep a record of conversations, and what you type is never sent to analytics or advertising tools. Please don't share medical details in the chat; call us instead. If you choose to leave your name and contact details in the chat, they are emailed to our front desk so we can reply.

Cookies, analytics and ads

Only if you click Accept on our cookie banner, we use:

• Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Advertising features are switched off.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) on general pages only, such as our home, pricing and contact pages, so we can show our updates to people who have visited. Treatment pages never send information to Meta.

If you click Decline, none of these load. You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings.
